• Work begins only after mutual agreement on deliverables, timelines, and payments.

• Any changes or additions to the agreed scope may result in additional fees or extended deadlines.

• Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, approvals, and materials.
   

4. Payments & Billing

• Payment terms will be specified in the proposal or invoice.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Delay in payments may result in paused work, withheld deliverables, or additional charges.
   

5. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions as defined in the proposal. Additional revisions will incur additional charges.
 

6. Intellectual Property

• Final approved deliverables become the property of the client after full payment.

• Pentar Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, websites, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Drafts, working files, and raw assets remain the property of Pentar Studio unless explicitly contracted.
   

7. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our clients and maintain strict confidentiality regarding project details, data, and proprietary information.
 

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure all materials provided (images, text, logos, footage, etc.) are legally owned or licensed for use. Pentar Studio is not responsible for copyright issues arising from client-supplied assets.
 

9. Timelines & Delays

Pentar Studio will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines. However, delays caused by client inaction, incomplete inputs, or external factors beyond our control may extend the timeline.
 

10. Cancellations & Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. Completed work and outstanding hours will be billed, and all payments made are non-refundable.
 

11. Limitation of Liability

Pentar Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or deliverables.
All work is provided “as is” and without warranties beyond what is stated in the agreement.
 

12. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
